Engine was completely gone thru. Sleeves pulled / new orings / new rings. Head gone thru – valves and seats. Remaned injectors. Raw water pump rebuilt. Turbo gone thru. New high out put alternator. Heat exhanger and aftercooler serviced. OEM parts used. The engine has been ran, but not installed since rebuild. Sitting since first of this year. Motor is ready to go. Willing to video.
Originally a piston cracked, they had injector issues on the number 3 cylinder. It was not a high our engine, came out of a pleasure boat, estimated to have around 1500 hrs. It still had original started and alternator, the alternator was replaced. All the injectors were gone through and replaced the injector pump. The head was gone through and pressure checked, sleeves pulled and new O-rings were installed.
