It?s possible they could be transferred, but likely that ABS would want to charge a fee to have new certs created. The cost of that fee is unknown.
this model has a max power capacity of 2471hp @ 1600rpm and 2780hp @ 1800rpm continuous duty. If you?re matching to a different engine rpm, the power/speed ratio is 1.5446 so just multiply your rpm to this number for max power capacity.
