Built originally as a 200′ dock. 50′ was added to both ends of dock in 2010. Major upgrade to control room at that time also. Added a generator and compressor. Dock is currently 300′ x 74′ x 6.5′ 64′ between the wingwalls. Some steel replacement recently. About $200,000 spent. Dock could use some paint and some valve replacement. Owner has the valves and about $40,000 for the work to be done. No estimate on the paint work. Replacement cost around $6,000,000. Improvements on dock could be done on a negotiated basis if combined with acquisition of dock. All pics taken this year (2021).
