We have a set of two 3412 E Marine Engines that can be rebuilt. They did experience some minor fire damage, which affected the wiring on top of the motors. Fortunately, the area was washed down to help put out the fire. The previous owner took good care of the engines by pickling them and even got them to crank over but that was over four years ago.
