This means is they can be used as a 1800, 1900, 2000, or 2100RPM rated engine all while offering the same 1300BHP at each operating RPM.
They could be installed in a 1300BHP @ 1800RPM as is with no changes. You would just limit the top end RPM through the vessel controls.
