ZF 63 gears  1.23:1 ratio

These came out of a 34’ jet drive boat.  The 260 was the only option on early boats and they later started putting in the 8LV Yanmar (370 hp) and larger jets.  These 6BY3’s were swapped out for the new Volvo D4 320 as a compromise upgrade.  Repower was done solely to increase speed of the vessel.  They are currently wrapped on pallets and indoors.
