Single Northern Lights 984 Marine Gen 35KW Rebuilt

Crank checked and polished New rod, main and thrust bearings installed. Head completely rebuilt. New valve guides, new valve seasts, new valves, checked for flatness and pressure checked. New liners were fitted. New pistons, new rings and new wrist pnis. New oil pump, new oil pressure relief vlave, new fresh water circulating pump. Raw water pump rebuilt, including new bearings, new seals, new wear plate, new cam, new impeller and new front plate. Starter was rebuilt to include new bearings and brushes. Aleternator was rebuilt to include new bearings and new brushes. New oil pressure sending unit. New engine temp sending unit. New low oil pressure switch. New engine high temp switch. New 316 stainless steel exhaust elbow. New wiring harness. All new hoses. New control panel. Cleaned and “megged.” New tail bearing. Parts are not Northern Lights Parts.
